This morning 14th April in Cairo, Minister of Education, Joseph NSENGIMANA visited the German University in Cairo (GUC), where he was received by Prof. Dr. Ashraf Mansour.
He toured the university, gaining first-hand insight into its dynamic learning environment, cutting-edge facilities, and student-centered approach.
Discussions highlighted GUC’s model blending academic rigor with hands-on, skills-based training and strong industry collaboration.
The visit also explored opportunities for Rwanda, including scholarships for students, capacity building, and institutional partnerships to strengthen skills, research, and innovation in priority sectors.
